Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flowpig's website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or government order
- • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store in Flowpig. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Content: Flowpig and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flowpig and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- • Breach of these Terms
- • Non-payment of fees (for paid plans)
- • Extended periods of inactivity
- • Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Liability, Disclaimers, and Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowpig and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, service interruptions, or damages exceeding the amount you paid to Flowpig in the past 12 months.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
